At Society Tea, we strive to ensure every sip is perfect, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are generally accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution for any quality concerns.

Return Process

    Report the Issue

    Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

    Verification Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim to verify the damage or discrepancy against our shipping logs and batch quality standards.

    Return Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back or disposed of.

    Refund or Replacement

    Upon final approval, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite tea blend or process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
