What is the shelf life of Society Tea products?
Most of our tea products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of packaging. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to maintain freshness and aroma.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Is Society Tea available in tea bags or just loose leaf?
We offer a wide variety of formats including loose leaf tea, tea bags, and instant tea premixes to suit different brewing preferences.
